NetHui is New Zealand's most inclusive and diverse internet event ... and it's coming to our neck of the woods on Thursday 13 October.
It's been hugely successful and in the past has been run as one large conference. This year InternetNZ are shaking things up a bit and bringing NetHui out to the regions - and guess what - we've got the only NetHui for the South Island.
So who takes part in NetHui?
Nethui is open and accessible to everyone, and InternetNZ only charges a very small amount for anyone to attend.
Send in your ideas!
Local communities are the heart of NetHui and the programme is designed by you. If you've got anything you'd like to see as a session at NetHui we need to hear from you by the 8 August - add in your ideas on http://2016.nethui.nz/participate.
You can put down anything to do with the internet from key issues and concerns to new ideas - pretty much anything goes.
Hurry! Programme suggestions are due 8 August.
If you want to know more, including how to register, get involved or become a sponsor - head over to http://2016.nethui.nz/
Alternatively, contact Karen Lee, the NRDA Digital Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or 027 644 9800.
PS: Grants available
