Business workshop: Digital Journey Business assessment tool

This webinar is for coaches, mentors, advisors and consultants working with businesses and who would like to help their clients get started on digital transition.

Digital Journey provides a free interactive online assessment tool for businesses to determine their current use of online services and technology, and help them with a personalised action plan.

During this webinar we will look at how the assessment can be used to help your clients, how the results from the assessment can be accessed and what follow up support can be provided.

The assessment is divided into four sections, which can be completed individually. Once all four sections are complete the personalised action plan becomes available. The action plan provides recommendations for improving the online presence of the business as well as advice on the advantages and opportunities that digital technologies offer.
